great value compare to the money. much more than I expected and perfect location . handy to anywhere ,plenty coffee, restaurant ,bars but building is peaceful.. unbeatable view garden ,river and ocean.

Very convenient, easy walk to supermarkets and a good Pub The Landsdowne Road Irish pub. Beach is a 5 minute level walk. Great views if get an upper level room. Tram and bust stops very close to everywhere.

The staff is really helpful, friendly and nice. Also, rooms at higher levels are with stunning ocean views.
