Terms & Conditions
Advertised accommodation rates are based on ‘room rate only’ and are current at the time of writing. These rates are subject to change at any time. Rates for a 1 bedroom apartment are based on up to 2 people staying and rates for a 2 bedroom apartment are based on up to 4 people staying.
When quotes are given for ‘specials’ they are only valid for 48 hours and subject to availability, (although we will endeavour to keep quotes the same if booked later).
Bookings will only be secured after full payment has been received. If the credit card supplied a declined, management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Payment of deposits can be made by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard only), travellers cheque or bank cheque. Bookings made by cash or credit card will be immediately secured. Bookings made by travellers cheque or bank cheque will only be secured once the cheque has arrived Surfers Riverside (which must be within 72 hours of making the booking).
Cancelled bookings are subject to a complete forfeiture of any monies paid.
Amendments to Bookings
All amendments are made subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new dates required, the booking will be cancelled and subject to the standard cancellation fees.
At the manager’s discretion we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of $50.
No amendments will be accepted within 7 days prior to check-in.
Our Rooms and Facilities
We make our greatest effort to describe the rooms and facilities of Condor Ocean View Apartments accurately. However, Condor and its apartments are sometimes upgraded, renovated or changed. Condor, their staff or their agents cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions about our property’s apartments, services or facilities.
Any photos of rooms advertised by Condor or it’s agents may not be specific to the room allocated.
House Rules and Extra Charges
All guests are subject to the ‘house rules’ and are also subject to any penalties made by their management for breaking those rules including eviction (all at the manager’s discretion).
Eviction will result in the forfeiture of any money paid.
Any damage to an apartment or common area made by any member of your party will result in the repair charge being paid for by the ‘lead’ guest. Cost for damage will include materials, labour and a charge for the manager’s time.
As you are staying in ‘self-contained’ apartments, you are expected to leave the apartment ‘clean’, with all dishes washed and rubbish removed. If the manager deems the apartment to have not been left clean, there will be cleaning charges applied to your nominated credit card or deposit.
Lost keys will be subject to a charge of $250/set.
If you lock yourself out of your apartment ‘out of hours’ (between 4pm and 9am) and require the manager to let you in, you will be charged $75 for this service.
Condor Apartments has a zero tolerance on any parties being held in any of our apartments. Instant eviction will occur for any parties. As such we DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOL LEAVERS DURING “SCHOOLIES WEEKS”. ANY RESERVATION MADE BY SCHOOL LEAVERS FOR THIS TIME WILL BE CANCELLED AND OR REFUSED STAY AT CONDOR APARTMENTS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON THESE BOOKINGS.
